2. What’s Included

Each package clearly outlines what’s included — for example:

• Performance summaries (on selected plans)

Additional work outside the agreed package may require a custom quote.

3. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for providing original source content (such as recordings, blog posts, or notes). We handle editing, repackaging, and delivery. We do not publish directly on your behalf unless specifically agreed.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. We’ll always clarify before major changes are made. Simple tweaks? No problem. Full rewrites or redesigns? Let’s chat first.

5. Payments

All services are prepaid. Work begins after confirmation and payment. For ongoing projects, invoices are sent monthly unless otherwise agreed. No surprise fees — everything is upfront.

6. Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver within 7–10 business days from content handoff, depending on your package. Need a rush job? Let us know — we’ll do our best to help.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel anytime before content production begins. Once work is underway, partial refunds may be offered depending on progress. We believe in fairness, not red tape.
